You can return your standard stocking purchase up to 30 business from the date of invoice. Proof of purchase from Rockland hardware & paint Supply is required for all returns. Final Sale Products such as clearance items, used equipment, and custom paint colors or special-order products or loose items cannot be returned. Refunds will be issued in the same manner as payment was received, If returned merchandize requires testing or verification of operation, then credit may be delayed until complete, management has final decision.
When returning a product please do the following:
· Include a copy of the original invoice.
· For house accounts, a note with the original invoice number, purchase date, and produce item code, may be sufficient.
· Items must be unused and in new condition.
